The Chamber Foundation’s Youth Leadership program helps students in grades 10 and 11 learn about leadership and their community, and prepare for college and career. This year the 10th grade students are planning their Day of Service in partnership with local nonprofit, Clarkson University Beacon Institute for Rivers and Estuaries. Students plan their Day of Service in order to learn and apply real-life interpersonal, organizational, and public leadership skills.

The Hudson Valley has had the first hints of warmer weather, reminding us that spring is on its way, and bringing a full calendar of Chamber events with it, including signature events, ribbon cuttings, and plenty of chances for fun along the way. These are opportunities for your business to get involved, be seen in the community, and network with other members.
Scott Pawenski, Board Chair
Each spring, we take time to highlight and honor the Forty Under 40 movers and shakers of the Hudson Valley. Bestowed annually to forty people under the age of 40 who have shown a strong commitment to the Hudson Valley, the Mover & Shaker Awards honor individuals making a difference in their communities and going above and beyond in their professions.
