Dutchess Chamber announces 2022 Corporate Sponsors, Board of Directors

The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its corporate sponsors and Board of Directors for 2022.

Corporate sponsors finance and promote many of the business and community-focused events featured on the Chamber calendar each year. Gatherings such as the annual Gala, Forty Under 40 Mover & Shaker Awards, and the Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival would not be possible without these key sponsors. New board members’ terms were effective January 1, 2022.

In 2022, Chair Scott Pawenski of Branding Pros will lead the Chamber’s all-volunteer board. His executive committee will consist of First Vice Chair David Bova of Millbrook Vineyards & Winery, Second Vice Chair Gregory White of Adams Fairacre Farms, Treasurer Philip Bronzi of Rhinebeck Bank, Secretary Amy Dittmar of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, Immediate Past Chair William Francis of Fortress Financial Advisory, and Of Counsel Stephen E. Diamond from the law firm of Stenger, Diamond & Glass LLP.

With board members typically serving three-year terms, most of the body remains the same in 2022. New additions include Babs Ayodeji of M&T Bank, Jocelyn Klastow of Zimmer Brothers Jewelers, and Don Minichino of Houlihan Lawrence as Associate Board Member. Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp., Integrated Enterprise Solutions, JP Morgan Chase, KeyBank, and Nuvance Health, are the Corporate Leaders for the coming year. A corporate leader is the highest level of sponsorship the Chamber offers, representing a distinctive level of engagement in helping grow the local economy and build the Hudson Valley business community.
