  • Director from the Center for Human Resources from the Business Council of New York State speaker at Chamber’s November Contact Breakfast

    Frank Kerbein, Director from the Center for Human Resources at the Business Council of New York State will discuss changes to the sexual harassment prevention in the workplace laws, as well as company policies and training at the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, November 14 from 7:30 - 9 AM at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel & Conference Center.

    Join us as Frank Kerbein discusses New York States changes in the new sexual harassment in the workplace law, as well as company policies and training. Mr. Kerbein is the current director of the Center for Human Resources and was formerly the Director of Member Relations for the New York State Funeral Directors Association. At the Funeral Directors Association, Frank provided human resources and OSHA consulting services to employers of all sizes. His former experience included roles as the Executive Director of Foundation Services, as well as the Director of Education and Training. His prior work experience includes human resources staff and leadership positions in the financial services and healthcare arenas. Frank is a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. He is also SPHR certified and has more than 30 years of experience in all areas of human resource management.
