  • Matthew White Joins Ulster Savings Bank as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    (Kingston, NY) Ulster Savings Bank recently named Matthew White Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at their Kingston headquarters.

    In his new role, Mr. White will oversee the bank’s financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investment priorities, and policy matters. He previously served as Treasurer at Quorum Federal Credit Union and held numerous management positions there.
     
    Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from SUNY New Paltz. He looks forward to building relationships and contributing in ways that matter to the community.
