Tompkins Financial Corporation ("Tompkins" or the "Company") reported diluted earnings per share of $1.30 for the third quarter of 2024, up 18.2% from the immediate prior quarter, and up 155.3% from the diluted earnings (loss) per share of $(2.35) reported in the third quarter of 2023.
