Jaime joined IES, Inc. in May of 2005 and her position has grown from being an Executive Assistant to the owners, Alexandra Putman and Eric Gorman, and eCentre Administrator to now encompass Communications and Marketing as well as Inside Sales and Service Support.
Jaime’s role has a variety of layers and she’s able to interact with customers on a sales and customer service basis when she’s assisting the sales and service departments. Jaime also takes the lead in alerting customers about new products, services or technical alerts as part of her role with communications and marketing while trying to highlight the difference in choosing IES, Inc. as your IT partner verses other companies that just handle break/fix IT support.
