The Iron Move Bench Press Competition for St. Jude

This is a Open Bench Press Competition for EVERYONE and ANYONE. It is a huge family event with vendors, food, and stuff for the kids! Teens, Women, Men and Masters welcome to compete. This is a charity event and 100% of the entry fees are donated to St. Jude for local Hudson Valley Families.There will be prizes,raffles and fun for the whole family.So please come out for a fun day and a great cause! Entry Fees are a donation of $5 for adults and $3 for kids – Under 12 is free 9:30am weigh in / 11:00am doors open / 12:00 competition begins Stop by the gym to sign up to compete and pick up your donation pack, or sign up to be a sponsor! Our goal is $5,000 to help Hudson Valley families that are in need of the services at St. Jude's Children's Hospital
