In these intimate, interactive dinner events, you’ll gather round the table in the Marriott Pavilion’s state-of-the-art demo kitchen and watch our chef work his magic—with plenty of opportunity for you to jump in and help in the preparation. Relax, ask the chef questions, and enjoy delicious food and beverage pairings in an up-close-and-personal venue. Pasta—Thursday, October 13, 2016 Making dough, rolling and cutting techniques, and cooking and saucing your pasta. Perfect Steak—Thursday, November 3, 2016 Trimming, cutting, and cooking the perfect steak. Party Food—Thursday, December 15, 2016 Creating everything from starters to main dishes, along with entertaining tips.
