The Art Effect's Reel Exposure Teen Film and Photography Festival will open on April 7th at the Trolley Barn Gallery in Poughkeepsie, NY and will be followed by a two-day virtual event on April 8th-9th. The free event will showcase photography and short films made by innovative young artists. Reel Exposure allows the organization to honor those who are passionate about their art and showcase both them and their work to the community.
