A Spring Charity Event Ah, the joys of spring. Flowers are blooming, birds are chirping. Come join the seniors in the Foodservice Management class at the CIA to celebrate their Spring Revival dinner. Spring Revival is inspired by the transition from winter to spring in the scenic Hudson Valley. The event will feature a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre and a four-course dinner that will begin with the tastes of winter and end with the flavors of spring. All proceeds from the event and our silent auction will be donated to Dutchess Outreach and the CIA Side Towel Scholarship. Dutchess Outreach has been working for over 40 years to widen food access to those in need as well as provide emergency support to struggling citizens of Dutchess County. The Side Towel Scholarship provides financial assistance to CIA students to help them complete their studies. Supporting these causes allows us to both help our local community and fellow CIA students. This event is presented by CIA bachelor's degree students. These future stars in the hospitality industry are responsible for all of the evening's planning and execution, from menu development to the overall ambiance and design of the event.
