There’s a killer wine party—the 7th annual Putnam County Wine & Food Fest main stage is Hosted by WHUD's Kacey Morabito Grean. The outdoor event features live music, great food, and the best wine and spirits New York has to offer! Come sample wines, ciders, and spirits from some of New York’s and beyond most renowned producers, or enjoy a cold craft or local beer and children’s entertainment. Bring a blanket and some lawn chairs and enjoy savory foods from food trucks and restaurants, while rocking to the rhythmic sounds of live music from Dean Shot Band, The Saints, culinary demonstrations from various chefs and mixologist including Celebrity Chef Johnny Ciao, Chef Stef. There will be a Jamaican segment on Sunday, August 13 which will feature culinary demonstrations from an Island chef and mixologist, live music from Ras Zion, Daja, and more to be announced. The tasting fee includes wine tastings at all the wineries, ciders, and the distillers, a wine tasting glass, and program guide (food and beer is extra). There is no on-site parking; instead, park at the lot south of the Metro North Patterson Train Station for shuttle service provided by Premiere Transportation.
