Join us as we stretch and strengthen through a series of yoga poses, flow from traditional sequences to fun partner poses, then finish with relaxation and a creative, guided imagery. Kids Yoga helps kids refine balance and coordination, enhance body awareness, build self esteem and create healthy peer interaction. Classes taking place as a series allows for structure, room to learn and grow as well as themes to build upon for each week. Sibling discounts apply.
