President & CEO, Dutchess Tourism, Inc.
Melaine is a certified destination management executive who has worked passionately since 2011 to support and highlight the 1,000 tourism-dependent businesses and organizations in Dutchess County. She has spent the last four years as vice president, focused on managing Dutchess Tourism’s advertising and marketing efforts and aggressively promoting the county as a premiere vacation destination to travelers across the globe. In addition, she ran DTI’s business support and outreach programs including educational seminars, conferences, networking, and recognition events. Upon Mary Kay Vrba’s retirement, July 20, 2020, Melaine became the non-profit’s president & CEO.
