Businesses specializing in the health and wellness of the Hudson Valley community will exhibit their latest and greatest products and services throughout the first floor of the Poughkeepsie Galleria.

Entertainment and demonstrations will be provided throughout the dayby Fox Radio, Hudson Valley Dance Depot, Kwon’s Martial Arts, Moriarty Physical Therapy, and Aerophone Community Band. This year will also feature the Red Cross hosting a blood drive.
