''Forget-Me-Not'' Fundraiser at Putnam Ridge

The community is welcome to participate in a "Forget-Me-Not" fundraiser to benefit the Alzheimer's Association during the months of August and September. Please help support the fundraiser by donating a purple paper flower in memory or honor of a loved one. All tax-deductible donations will go directly towards the mission, programs, research, education initiatives and support of people living with Alzheimer's disease.
