Diaster Relief in Wappingers FallsDescription
The First Presbyterian Church of Wappinger Falls continue to ready their old thrift shop as a home for victims of the June fire on Main Street in the Village of Wappingers Falls. Our volunteers were critical in the clearing and cleaning of the space and The Congregation is asking for our help once again. They will be painting and putting down flooring on Saturday August 12th They desperately need our help. We are asking that anyone who might like to create a home space report to the First Presbyterian Church on Rt 9D in the Village at 9 am. The Church will be offering lunch to all volunteers and if you have ever eaten at a First Presbyterian event you will not want to miss it. If you think you might want to be a lead painter let us know that as well.
