The Culinary Insights at Arbor is offered on the 3rd Wednesday of every month from 2pm to 3pm. Please join us as we learn more about fine dining, gourmet dishes, new and unique foods and cooking fundamentals. Each month Chef Todd Atkins, 2004 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, will share insider knowledge of the culinary world on a variety of topics. On January 20th, 2016 Chef Atkins will discuss different cuts of meat including what recipes and preparations are appropriate for each cut.
