First Course: Crown Maple Pear, Pistachio, Parsnip Soup.
Second Course: Crown Maple Salmon en Croute. A salmon filet topped with a spinach mushroom filling wrapped in puff pastry, served with Wild Rice & Maple Roasted Vegetables and paired with a Pinot Noir.
Third Course: Maple Gingersnap Crumble Pumpkin Parfaits.
