Bells & Chimes!

Lutheran Care Center's newly formed Hand Chime Choir will be joined by The St. John's Bells in musical selections celebrating the use of chimes, bells and piano. The Chimes Choir is a new addition to the music therapy program. Vincent Capogna, Music Therapist at Lutheran Care Center, will talk about the healing and uplifting value of music in the lives of older adults. The hand chimes were purchased with funds raised at the 44th Annual Hudson Valley Handbell Conference, under the direction of Susan Guse, Music Director at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Poughkeepsie.
