Chamber Member Price: $300 vendor fee (plus $150 deposit, refunded
to vendor within five business days after festival (12’ X 12’ maximum))
Non-Member Price: $400 vendor fee (plus $150 deposit, refunded to vendor within five business days
after festival (12’ X 12’ maximum))
Larger booth sizes available upon
request. Bring your own canopy/tent.
Vendors serving breakfast food must be setup by 5:30 a.m.
Vendors, including food trucks, must be setup by 11:30 a.m. for the afternoon festival. *Food trucks are not limited to space size (within reason).
Vendors must attend the entire weekend. Area must be clean when vacated. Cleanup begins at 7 p.m. on Sunday evening.

You must provide a Certificate of Liability insuring Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce and Barton Orchards for a minimum of $1 million.
Food vendors must also provide a copy of New York State Department of Health Permit.
