    Carolyn Bell is a dedicated community volunteer and accomplished professional from RBT CPAs.

    Carolyn's journey is one of determination and growth. She began her career over a decade ago as an Administrative Assistant at RBT CPAs while attending Mount Saint Mary College at night to complete an Accelerated Bachelor of Arts degree program. Despite having no previous accounting background, Carolyn's potential was recognized by her bosses at RBT, who encouraged her to take an accounting class. This decision changed Carolyn's career path, igniting her passion for accounting.

    Driven by her determination and work ethic, Carolyn pursued a second Accelerated bachelor's degree program in Accounting while continuing to work for RBT. Her dedication paid off as she rose through the ranks, eventually becoming a manager in RBT's Client Advisory Services department. Along the way, Carolyn passed the CPA exam and obtained her CPA license, marking significant milestones in her career.

    In addition to her professional achievements, Carolyn is deeply involved in her community. She is a graduate of Leadership Dutchess, where she now serves as a Mentor. Carolyn is also a member of the Women's Leadership Alliance Committee and the Board of Directors for the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce, where she contributes her time and expertise to make a positive impact.


     

    Caroline Beyer is an exceptional educator and leader at Our Lady of Lourdes High School, whose dedication to student success and well-being is truly inspiring.

    Caroline's journey at Our Lady of Lourdes High School began as a varsity softball coach, where she quickly demonstrated her passion for mentoring and guiding young individuals. Her commitment to student development led her to pursue a school counseling position, where she made a significant impact in supporting students through their academic and personal challenges.

    Recognizing her outstanding contributions, Caroline was promoted to Director of School Counseling and Dean of Students, roles in which she excelled in providing guidance and leadership to both students and staff. Recently named Assistant Principal of Student Support Services, Caroline now plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every student at Our Lady of Lourdes receives the support they need to thrive academically, personally, and socially, all within a faith-based setting.

    Jordan Bledsoe epitomizes dedication and passion in his role as Partner and Director of Performance at Velocity Sports Performance. His journey from the ball fields of LaGrangeville to a Hall of Fame career at Our Lady of Lourdes High School and then excelling at Fordham University showcases his deep-rooted connection to Dutchess County and his unwavering commitment to sports excellence.

    As a leader in sports performance, Jordan's expertise, credentialed through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, is backed by years of experience and a relentless pursuit of knowledge. His dedication to continuous learning has led him to glean insights from top-performance staff nationwide, enhancing his ability to lead Velocity Sports Performance to premier status in multiple counties since becoming a partner in 2019.

    Beyond his professional endeavors, Jordan is deeply invested in youth development and community building. As the Vice President of the Wappingers Warriors Youth Lacrosse Board of Directors, he plays a pivotal role in nurturing young athletes and fostering a strong community legacy.

    Jordan's holistic approach to training extends beyond physical fitness, as he instills lifelong values in athletes across 45 sports. His commitment to excellence, coupled with his passion for youth development and community engagement, makes him a true asset to Dutchess County and beyond.


     

    Todd Bowen III is a community servant leader, committed to service, which has been evident since his days at Roy C. Ketcham High School's Interact Club.

    Todd's journey as a community servant leader began during his high school years, where he embraced the guiding principles of service and leadership instilled by the Interact Club. This early exposure to community service set the foundation for Todd's future endeavors.

    While attending Mount Saint Mary College, Todd was invited to serve the Village of Wappingers as the Special Projects and Social Media Coordinator. Recognizing the need to better connect Village residents to services, Todd took the initiative to build the village's first website—an achievement that significantly improved access to resources for residents.

    In addition to his role with the Village of Wappingers, Todd also served as a liaison to Catholic Charities and Habitat for Humanity of Dutchess County, working to improve home ownership and reduce foreclosures in the community. For his dedication and contributions, Todd received an Un-sung Hero Award—an acknowledgment of his impact and commitment to improving the lives of others.

    Todd's passion for serving others continued to drive his career trajectory, leading him to roles such as program specialist in the Town of Wappinger and Senior Project Manager at Habitat for Humanity.     Carly Bulgia is an exemplary figure in the realm of community engagement and political strategy, serving as the Senior Advisor and Director of Community Engagement for Dutchess County Executive Sue Serino.

    Carly's journey is marked by her relentless pursuit of results and her unwavering dedication to public service. Armed with a degree in Political Science from Stockton University, she embarked on her career as a Legislative Assistant to then-Senator Sue Serino. Through her hard work and determination, Carly quickly ascended the ranks, eventually becoming the Deputy Director of District Operations.

    Her crowning achievement came with her management of Serino's successful campaign for County Executive, showcasing her exceptional skills as a political strategist. Today, in her role as Senior Advisor and Director of Community Engagement, Carly continues to demonstrate her passion for fostering meaningful connections between government and the people it serves.

    Beyond the classroom, Lisa is a staunch supporter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, where she works tirelessly to raise awareness about mental health and promote access to support services for young adults.     John DeAngelis is an advocate for financial literacy and community engagement, serving as the Community Relations Coordinator at Hudson Valley Credit Union.

    Since joining Hudson Valley Credit Union in February 2020, John has made significant contributions to the community through his multifaceted role. As the Community Relations Coordinator, he teaches financial literacy, advocates for the credit union and its members with state and federal legislators, and organizes charitable funding opportunities for local nonprofits.     Erin Doughty is the head coach of the women's basketball team at Marist College.

    Erin's association with the Marist women's basketball program spans an impressive 22 years, showcasing her deep commitment and dedication to the team. Her journey with the program began as a student-athlete and has since seen her serve in various roles, including student assistant coach, assistant coach, associate head coach, and now head coach.

    Throughout her tenure with Marist, Erin has been an integral part of the team's success, contributing to all 11 of Marist's MAAC Tournament Championships. Her achievements include winning one championship as a player, nine as an assistant coach, and one as an associate head coach.

In 2020, she joined In Flight as a Community Habilitation Manager, where she adopted a person-centered approach, ensuring that clients were matched with the services they needed.

In 2022, she took the initiative to approach the director of the local Standing Room Only Theater Company with an idea to make productions more inclusive. Together, they created the Performing Learning United for Success program, which started as a small class and has since blossomed into a full-fledged production, enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities.

    Prior to his role at the OCNY Arts Council, Todd served in various leadership positions, including Head of Events and Entertainment at LEGOLAND New York, Director of Dramatic Arts at Poughkeepsie Day School, and Artistic Director of the Hudson Valley Theatre Initiative. In each of these roles, he demonstrated his commitment to fostering creativity and artistic expression.

    Todd is an award-winning theatre artist with national credits as a composer, stage director, designer, and producer.     With over a decade of experience in his role, Joe has exemplified what it means to be a driven leader, ensuring the safety and reliability of natural gas service for over 90,000 customers in the Hudson Valley. His commitment to excellence and his team's tireless efforts have undoubtedly contributed to the well-being of countless households.

    Beyond his professional achievements, Joe is a superhero dad to two beautiful daughters, embodying the values of love, compassion, and responsibility in his personal life. His dedication to his family serves as an inspiration to all who know him.
