  • Economic Development Commissioner to speak at March breakfast

    Howard Zemsky, President & CEO of Empire State Development & Commissioner of the New York State Department of Economic Development, will discuss the economic development and outlook for New York State, specifically in the Hudson Valley at the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s March Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, March 15 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel.
