Get Free Exposure for Your Business or Nonprofit with The Great Hudson Valley Scavenger Hunt presented by the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce!
Are you a business or nonprofit organization looking for FREE marketing exposure? Yes, completely FREE! To promote our regional businesses, this program is courtesy of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce. Last year, The Great Hudson Valley Scavenger Hunt produced over 3700 check-ins from contributing locations throughout the region. We will drive scavenger hunters taking part in the quest who are competing to win money and prizes to your facility, absolutely FREE!
We will provide you with a scavenger hunt poster for your window, or any convenient location of your choice, to place within your organization and participants will be sent to you to scan a QR code on the poster. It’s that simple. Our system automatically tracks points for those teams that scan the QR code, and we can tell that they were at your location from this process.
If you choose, it can be completely contactless but is a simple way to let people know your location exists. We can also publish your hours of operation so people know when to come to you, if you place your poster inside your facility, or you can place it in a window so they can come at any time. You may take a step further, if you would like; some locations provide free giveaways, discounts, and contests to engage participants however that is not necessary. For additional publicity, we suggest you consider providing us with additional prizes for winners, create your own raffle at your location, create discounts for those in attendance, or be a Featured Location to guarantee you will see the most potential guests at your location. The contest runs from July 1 – 31. Participants are competing for $2025 in cash and over $10,000 in cash and prizes. Clues will be released each day on Q92’s Marino in the Morning with Felicia. Additional clues will be placed on our social media and website. These clues will lead participants to your location. This is a simple way to brand your organization and engage potential customers.
Participating in The Great Hudson Valley Scavenger Hunt is a benefit of being a member of the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
