KeyBank has announced the promotion of Jennifer (Jen) LaFalce to the position of Sales Experience and Execution Consumer Consultant. In her new role, Jen will lead strategic projects and initiatives that help develop and grow KeyBank’s consumer business and improve the overall sales experience and execution for clients across the bank’s footprint.
Previously, Jen served as Area Retail Leader where she led a team of fifteen branches serving towns in the western part of Hudson Valley, including Newburgh, Middletown, Chester, Brewster, Fishkill, Montgomery, and Vails Gate. In addition, she co-chairs Key’s Hudson Valley Key4Women committee and serves as a Leadership Development Council co-mentor. She is active in the local business community and is a member of the Ulster County Chamber of Commerce.
Jenn holds a B.A. from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from Marist College. She and her family reside in New Paltz, NY.
