Rebuilding Together Dutchess County is looking for a passionate, organized, and dedicated student leader who will assume a coordination position for the Home Safety and Fire Prevention program. Alongside the AmeriCorps program coordinator, the candidate will be responsible for leading teams of volunteers on our installation days and documenting the services provided. This includes walk-through home safety reviews with homeowners, light volunteer training, homeowner education, and overseeing installations assuring corresponding documentation at each home. The position is best suited to 8-12 hours per week, allocated flexibly among Rebuilding Together Dutchess County’s offices hours, 9:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, as well as project days on Saturdays. The intern position is non-paid and temporary for all candidates.
