    As an individual contributor you will do the following:

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow up calls
    • Maintain CRM/Database, groups, classifications and subscriptions
    • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest (LinkedIn, Hoovers, etc.)
    • Canvassing visits to existing client’s locations, identify neighbor opportunities
    • Team with channel partners and vendors to cultivate relationships and increase sales pipeline
    • Understand customer needs and requirements
    • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team member for further development and closure
    • Attend company sponsored industry, educational, or community events
    • Weekly Meeting and Reporting of activity
    Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
    • Working knowledge of CRM database software
    • Strong/Developed Interpersonal Skills (e.g. communication skills, active listening, and customer-care)
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
    • Keyboarding skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of data
    • Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated
    • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines for projects
    • Experience in Customer Service, Marketing or Sales preferred
    EXPERIENCE YOU NEED: Required Qualifications
    • Associate's Degree
    • 0-5 years successful sales experience
    • Excellent systems literacy knowledge in MS Office
    • A goal-oriented drive and proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.
