We're looking for a friendly, dynamic person to:
Represent Fit and Fun in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
Develop ongoing professional relationships with our customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Respond to incoming chats, phone calls and emails from customers.
Process orders, create estimates, answer customer questions, and regularly follow-up on open estimates.
Maintain/complete customer profiles in CRM.
Log all interactions with contacts - calls, notes, meeting outcomes, etc.
The ideal candidate would be an individual who is:
An independent, thoughtful, and reliable thinker who is self-motivated, organized, and great at multitasking and managing priorities.
An experienced customer service rep and/or administrative assistant.
Comfortable speaking on the phone.
Skilled at using a computer, including QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Suite, Gmail/Google suite.
Willing and able to learn new software as required.
