  • Project Coordinator

    Project Coordinator:
     
    The primary job of the Project Coordinator is to, schedule, oversee work related to crisis management activities for water, fire damage, mold remediation, and bio-hazard clean up, as well as supervise and develop Lead Technicians to perform disaster response or crisis management activities for water, fire damage, mold remediation, and bio-hazard clean up. Estimate all Claims utilizing Xactimate software, correspond with adjusters and Insurance companies. 

    Project coordinator duties will primarily include:

    • Scope out jobs to determine damage
    • Create estimates in Xactimate
    • Use various software platforms as needed to comply with insurance company and industry standards
    • Be able to discuss scope of work with adjusters
    • Provide scopes of work for field technicians
    • Ensure projects are being done in accordance with various industry standards
    • Review and complete project documentation and estimate for final upload process
    • Work with field technicians/insurance adjusters and homeowners to provide updates as needed
    Requirements:
    • Must have a professional appearance and good attitude
    • Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
    • Ability to Multi-task
    • A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record
    • Ability to pass a criminal background check
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Punctual and reliable
    • Previous management and construction experience is preferred
    • Water and Fire restoration experience is a big plus but not required: we will train the right candidate
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule as work will require on call rotation.
