Description
On June 17, from 6:00-8:00 P.M., the Wappingers Historical Society will host ''The Spirit of Mesier,'' at the eighteenth century homestead in Mesier Park. The first of a series of fund raisers featuring hors d'oeuvres and complimentary drinks, the event will initiate the society's efforts to restore the original 1741 portion of the Mesier home. Additionally, glasses will be raised to celebrate the unveiling of the Wappingers Falls Historic Trail at 11 A.M. the next day, June 18th. Tickets for ''The Spirit of Mesier'' cost $35.00 and are available on line at thespiritofmesier.brownpapertickets.com or at the Village Hall, Noon- 4:00P.M.
