December 14-15, 2015, 9:00AM- 4:30PM What is SBIRT? Screening Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) is a comprehensive public health approach for delivering prevention, early intervention and referral to treatment services to people using substances in a harmful or risky way.
