There is Plenty to be Thankful For This Holiday Season

Welcome to the season of thanks! Here at the Chamber, we have so much to be thankful for, including being a part of the spectacular Hudson Valley and all it has to offer.

We must first thank our members, for recognizing the importance of a robust Chamber of Commerce in their community. We are thrilled to have gained nearly 150 new members over the course of 2021.

Next, we’d like to thank our Corporate Sponsors and Community Partners for their loyalty and support of the Chamber and The Chamber Foundation. Sponsor support enables us to present events and resources throughout the year, including signature events like the Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival, Annual Gala, Top Forty Under 40 Mover & Shaker Awards, and Day of Golf.

We’d like to thank the business community for their resilience and never-ending wealth of ideas. In the Hudson Valley, both entrepreneurship as well as corporate endeavors are alive and well.

We’d also like to thank the plethora of non-profit organizations in the region for their initiative and the care that they offer to our community members and the environment we call home.

And of course, I would be remiss if I didn’t thank the Chamber staff and many volunteers for their hard work and commitment on our behalf. They truly go above and beyond to present the best customer service, programming, and events possible.

We can all look back on this past year and be grateful for what we’ve accomplished, and empathetic for the challenges we’ve endured. But I hope you remember to look forward and give thanks in your own way for the approaching holiday season. I know for sure that our area business owners will be so thankful if you continue to Think Local First!
