Thank You For Supporting Our Chamber

Well, my last column, what to say? It has been two years and seems like just yesterday! Certainly, we’ve had some challenges along the way, but we are still here and flourishing. Looking back, I would not have ever dreamed of the twists and turns along the way. I am proud of the path the Chamber chose to help businesses – large, small, member and non – to weather the pandemic and come out the other side.

Mostly, this is about thank you…thank you to the staff of the Chamber for helping make me look good – they are a great, hardworking bunch and we are lucky to have them. Thank you to members who have continuously supported the Chamber through these last two years, it was not easy for anyone, and I cannot tell you how much your continued support has meant! Thank you to the corporate sponsors, without whose generous sponsorships, even as we transitioned to a virtual world, we would simply not be here. Thank you to those who participated, attending our events and programs in whatever capacity we could present them.

Moving forward, I wish all the best as this organization continues to lead the way in normalizing activity and providing the landscape for businesses, big and small, to get back to what they do best. I look forward to seeing you all at the events, programs, committee meetings and presentations. It has been an adventure and one I was fortunate to travel with a few thousand of my closest friends…thank you all!
