Steve Couture, COO of i. Park 84 to discuss the future vision of the 500-acre former technology park in Fishkill

POUGHKEEPSIE - July 12, 2018 - The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s next Contact Breakfast will feature Steve Couture, the COO of i. Park 84 to discuss the future vision of the 500-acre former technology park as a place to live work and play.

Steve Couture is the Chief Operating Officer of i. Park 84 in Hopewell Junction NY. Before taking over the management role at i.Park, he worked in Connecticut and  Westchester County as an industrial and flex real estate specialist. With a background in law enforcement, real estate development, and market research, Steve brings a unique skill set to real estate management. By leveraging his prior experiences and his deep understanding of the impact of real estate transactions from the perspective of landlord, tenant, buyer or seller Steve has been successful in identifying the highest and best use of properties, the proper management of real estate, and practical solutions for properties under management. Steve works to cultivate long-term relationships with his tenants, service providers, the brokerage community and local officials.

“Working with a team approach is the only way to be successful on a project with the scope and scale of i. Park 84. I would struggle had we not identified key hires with a depth of institutional knowledge, and the relationships formed between i. Park 84 and key players representing the former site owners IBM and Global Foundries.”

The event will be held on Wednesday, July 18 from 7:30 - 9 AM at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel & Conference Center. Chamber members and guests can register at dcrcoc.org or call 845.454.1700 x 1000. Tickets are $25 for members, and $35 for non-members. Payment in advance is required in order to expedite the check-in process. Cancellations less than 24-hours from the event and no-shows will be charged the full ticket price.
