TEG Federal Credit Union proudly sponsors this month’s breakfast. TEG Federal Credit Union’s local roots stretch back to 1969, when teachers from the Wappingers Central school district decided to create an alternative as they desired a financial institution that would provide fair and equitable treatment. Over the years membership expanded to government workers, employee groups and to all who live, work, worship or attend school in New York’s Dutchess, Orange and Ulster Counties. They know that choosing where to save, invest, and where to borrow from, are some of the biggest decisions any person faces. That’s why they take their responsibility to their members seriously. They’re proud to be local, member-owned, and not for profit. For more information please visit them at tegfcu.com.
In an ongoing effort to assist those in need within the community, the Chamber's Ambassador Committee has again partnered with the Workforce Development Center to collect canned and dry goods at each monthly Contact Breakfast. Please bring a non-perishable food item to donate to the Workforce Development Center. Non-profits that will be present that day include Angels of Light, Greystone Programs, and United Way of Dutchess-Orange Region.
