Over a dozen future leaders of our community were recognized during the Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce’s June Contact Breakfast on Wednesday, June 21 from 7:30-9 a.m. at the Poughkeepsie Grand Hotel and Conference Center.

15 local students, both high school seniors and young adults, took center stage as The Chamber Foundation, the nonprofit educational organization of the Chamber, proudly presented nearly $40,000 in scholarships to those looking to further their education in the Hudson Valley and beyond.

Chamber Foundation scholarships range from very broad to very specific in scope, some offered to students across disciplines, while others are precisely targeted for those pursuing a career in music, culinary arts, finance, and more.  For complete information about The Foundation and their annual scholarship offerings, visit ChamberFDN.org.
