IMPORTANT VENDOR INFORMATION:

Before filling out an application, email info@balloonfesthv.com with the following criteria:

1.      Company Name and Contact

2.      Product/service you are selling/promoting. If you’re a food vendor, please submit a menu.  If you are retail sales/display, please submit the items you sell/promote.

3.      Indicate if you have been a vendor of ours in the past.

4.      Photos of your current setup.

5.      Would you like to be open with your retail booth or to serve breakfast in the morning? Yes or No

6.      If you have a menu, what style food is on your menu (examples: Mexican, Italian, Dessert)?

7.      What size space is your setup/trailer/tent needs?

Once received, we will notify you if you should apply. In fairness to all, we will review applications to avoid too many competitive vendors. You should only continue and fill out this form if you have completed the above steps.

Then we invite you to be considered as vendor for the Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival.

The festival attracts over 20,000 visitors from all over the northeast and we are offering this exclusive opportunity to reach a large audience for vendors. 

We are now accepting applications for:

FOOD VENDORS

RETAIL/PROMO VENDORS

CRAFT BEVERAGE MANUFACTURERS

HUDSON VALLEY HANDMADE ARTISANS

We will be monitoring the amount of vendors in categories selling the same item to prevent excessive competition.

Once you have submitted your application and payment with deposit, we will hold a space for you.  We will not hold any spaces without full payment.  We do not offer exclusivity on any categories, but we do limit the number of vendors selling the same items to the best of our ability.  Food vendors applying to serve breakfast will be chosen on a first-come first-serve basis and will be limited.

DUTCHESS COUNTY REGIONAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBERS MUST FILL OUT CHAMBER MEMBER APPLICATION ONLY.

ALL OTHERS MUST FILL OUT THE NON-CHAMBER MEMBER APPLICATION.
