Dress for the Job You Want:
- Being in the right mindset starts with wearing the right clothes. Dressing appropriately could make you stand out as the professional candidate a company is looking for. Business casual attire is usually appropriate.
Have a Resume Ready:
- Make sure you have an edited and spell-checked resume ready so if you are asked for one by an employer, you're prepared.
Don't Be Shy:
- Have questions ready for employers you're interested in speaking with and show them you're interested. Having questions tailored for each employer you're interested in speaking to will show you have initiative and are forward-thinking.
