At this complimentary seminar, April Dearden, a certified nutritionist with New Normal Lifestyle, will explain how to expand your knowledge on some of the fresh foods available at local farm markets, the health benefits of summer produce, and will present a cooking demonstration on how to add variety to healthy meals.
